On CBS, 60 Minutes will be interrupted, and the coverage of the speech will be anchored live by Scott Pelley on the East coast. NBC will cut away from their NFL coverage, but programming should return to normal for kickoff at 8:25 p.m. Eastern, and will be carried by CBS, ABC, Fox, and CNN.
